Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AutoProfitPages ("Service") offered by us. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. This is general-purpose placeholder language and is not legal advice.

Summary highlights

  • You are responsible for your account and the content you publish.
  • The Service is provided "as is" with limitations on our liability to the extent permitted by law.
  • We may suspend or terminate use that violates these Terms or harms the Service or others.
  • Fees, if any, are described at checkout or in your plan; non-payment may result in loss of access.

1. The Service

AutoProfitPages provides online tools to create, manage, and optimize affiliate and related web content. Features, limits, and availability may change. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be old enough to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Violate applicable laws or third-party rights, including intellectual property and privacy rights;
  • Transmit malware, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt the Service or other users;
  • Scrape, index, or bulk-collect the Service in violation of our technical measures or these Terms;
  • Use the Service to send spam, deceptive offers, or content we reasonably deem harmful or abusive; or
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without our written permission (subject to your plan terms).

4. Your content

You retain ownership of content you provide. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, use, process, and display that content as needed to provide and improve the Service, including security and backup operations. You represent that you have the rights necessary to grant this license. We may remove content that violates these Terms or is required to be removed by law.

5. Third-party services and links

The Service may integrate with or link to third-party products. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices.

6. Fees and payment

If you purchase a paid plan, you agree to the fees and billing cycle shown at purchase. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable to the maximum extent permitted by law. We may change pricing with notice as described in your plan or on our website.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including our software, branding, and documentation, is owned by us or our licensors. Except for the rights expressly granted in these Terms, we reserve all rights. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of our software except as allowed by law or with our consent.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE AND OUR SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (OR LOCAL EQUIVALENT), EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

10. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify us and our affiliates, officers, and employees against claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

11. Term and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create risk, or for operational reasons. Provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect, including limitations of liability and indemnity.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction we designate for our business operations, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise. Disputes may be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction unless applicable law provides otherwise. You may update the governing law and venue to match your legal entity and counsel's advice.

12. General

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. We may assign these Terms; you may not assign them without our consent. Notices may be given by email or in-product messages.

14. Contact
