AutoProfitPages provides online tools to create, manage, and optimize affiliate and related web content. Features, limits, and availability may change. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

You must be old enough to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE AND OUR SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (OR LOCAL EQUIVALENT), EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

10. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify us and our affiliates, officers, and employees against claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

11. Term and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create risk, or for operational reasons. Provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect, including limitations of liability and indemnity.

12. Governing law and disputes
